Problems with my camera?

Anyways its can record small video clips but when we playback, there’s no sound. We can’t hear anything. How can I change it to have audio??
I lost the Owners Manuel. 
I searched the Internet and nowhere did I find any mention of sound being part of the video features. Not all digital cameras have sound as a feature when shooting video.
